Jodi L. Strang Adams, Esquire had a vision of opening her own law practice dating back to 1997 when she started working in the banking and finance industry which quickly evolved into real estate finance and real estate. While working full time in the industry, she obtained her undergraduate degrees in business management and finance, and her graduate legal education simultaneously which enabled her to build her professional background and experience in preparation for her to eventually open and found Strang Adams, P.A., which has now quickly become one of the leading Real Estate law firms in Miami Beach, Florida. Now, with nearly 20 years of combined experience in Real Estate, Banking, and Finance, Mrs. Strang is a uniquely qualified real estate attorney with a competitive edge, especially when it comes to more complicated Real Estate Transactions.

Christin Bucci’s practice is focused on tax analysis and planning for individuals and businesses, representation of clients with the Internal Revenue Service and Florida Department of Revenue, and criminal defense for tax related crimes.  Attorney Bucci is the founding attorney of Bucci Law Offices, P.A., where she focuses on providing tax advice and representing clients in civil and criminal tax controversies. Attorney Bucci received a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Juris Doctorate degree from Case Western Reserve University. She then received an LL.M. in Taxation and an LL.M. in International and Comparative Law from Georgetown University. Attorney Christin Bucci is an AV Preeminent rated attorney with over 16 years of experience who is also a CPA. She is licensed to practice law in Florida, Ohio, and the District of Columbia, as well as before the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida, the United States Supreme Court, and the United States Tax Court. She is a member of the AICPA, ABA Tax Section, Florida Bar Tax Section, the Florida Institute of CPAs and American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants.
