Jordan Francis Perez, Esq. brings extensive transactional experience, sharp attention to detail,
and a relentless focus on getting deals across the finish line to Strang Adams P.A.
Having participated in the successful closing of more than $4 billion in residential and
commercial real estate transactions, Jordan understands what it takes to move a deal from
contract to closing—efficiently, strategically, and with the client's interests protected at every
stage.
Jordan's history with Strang Adams began long before he became an attorney. For more than five years, he worked alongside Jodi L. Strang Adams, Esq., playing an integral role in high-value and complex real estate closings. That experience gave him something that cannot be learned solely in law school: years of hands-on knowledge navigating the real-world issues that can make or break a transaction.
Today, Jordan combines that experience with his legal training to represent buyers, sellers, lenders, investors, developers, and real estate professionals across a broad range of real estate matters.

Jordan earned his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University's Benjamin L. Crump College of Law, where he was named to the Dean's List for three semesters and received the CALI Award for Excellence in Jurisprudence. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Florida State University, where he was also recognized on the Dean's List.
His professional affiliations include the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Section, Cuban American Bar Association, Florida Bar Real Property Section, and BNI.
