SENIOR ATTORNEY
Alexis Hernandez serves as a Senior Attorney at Strang Tryson, PLLC, specializing in complex commercial litigation and construction defect litigation cases. These cases, known for their contentious nature and extensive litigation processes, are managed by Alexis from initial case evaluation all of the way through to final judgment. His practice further extends to handling landlord/tenant matters, construction law, insurance coverage disputes, and government disputes, showcasing his extensive range and depth in litigation and dispute resolution.
In addition to his litigation practice, Alexis is deeply involved in Community Association Law. He provides invaluable assistance to condominium and homeowners’ associations aiding in the enforcement of covenants, drafting amendments to governing documents, and acting as general counsel for various association matters. Over the years, he has successfully represented a diverse clientele including corporate entities, accident victims, construction companies, and condominium and homeowners’ associations.
Alexis’s experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants affords him a well-rounded perspective in settlement negotiations and litigation, enabling him to strategize with a comprehensive understanding of differing approaches.
He was admitted to The Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida in 2014, following the completion of his Juris Doctor degree, Cum Laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in the same year. Before his legal education, Alexis obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Sales from Florida State University in 2011.
